Mango & Blueberry
2 handfuls of frozen blueberries
1 mid-size banana, sliced
Half a mango, peeled and cubed
1 teaspoon of ground flax seeds
1 teaspoon of white chia seeds
Half a cup of almond milk (or any other plant milk)
1. Place the banana, blueberries, mango and almond milk into a blender or food processor.
2. Blend until the desired consistency is reached. Frozen fruits may take a while to get softer, but blueberries will get turned into a paste very quickly, so you might put less almond milk to compensate.
3. Pour the mixture into a bowl and decorate with granola, mango, blueberries, chia seeds, coconut slices or with other additions of your choosing.
