Banana Blackberry Smoothie Bowl



  • 1 frozen banana, sliced

  • 2 handfuls of blackberries

  • 1 teaspoon of white chia seeds

  • 2 table spoons (40-50 gr) of Naked Bites Quinoa & Almond Granola

  • 1/4 cup of almond milk (or any other plant milk)



1. Place the frozen banana slices, white chia seeds and almond milk into a blender or food processor.

2. Blend until the desired consistency is reached. Frozen fruits may take a while to get softer, if you prefer a smoother texture, you can add more almond milk.


3. Pour the mixture into a bowl and add granola, and blackberries or other fruits of your choice.


This bowl is super nutritious and delicious! As blackberry season is quite short, it is always a good idea to buy in bulk and freeze. Blackberries are rich in vitamins A, B1, B2, B3, B6, B9, E, C and K, potassium, magnesium, iron, zinc, copper and selenium, as well as dietary fibers and organic acids.
