Quick Granola Bowl
1 slice of pineapple, cut in cubes
Handful of blueberries
1 teaspoon of chia seeds
1 teaspoon of flax seeds
2 table spoons (40-50 gr) of Naked Bites Quinoa & Almond Granola
1/4 cup of almond milk (or any other plant milk)
1. Place the granola, chia and flax seeds into a bowl; add almond milk.
2. Add raspberries, blueberries, pineapple cubes or other fruits of your choice.
Raspberries and blueberries are natural antioxidants and are great in almost every recipe, including salads. They are rich in minerals but low in sugar therefor can be consumed 2-3 times a day.
