Blueberry Banana Smoothie Bowl


  • 1 frozen banana, sliced

  • 2 handful frozen blueberries

  • 1 dessert spoon of ground flax seed

  • 1 teaspoon of chia seeds

  • 2 table spoons (40-50 gr) of Naked Bites Quinoa & Almond Granola

  • 1 dessert spoon of Naked Bites Peanut Butter

  • 1/4 cup almond milk (or any other plant milk)



1. Place the frozen banana slices, blueberries, flax seeds, chia seeds and almond milk into a blender or food processor.


2. Blend until the desired consistency is reached. Frozen fruits may take a while to get softer; if you prefer a smoother texture, you can add more almond milk.


3. Pour the mix into a bowl, add granola, peanut butter and fruits of your choice.


This yummy bowl is wholesome! Blueberries are a great source of antioxidants. Chia and flax seeds contain large amounts of omega fatty acids. Peanut butter, quinoa and almond are great sources of plant protein and oats are great source of fiber.
